Better Feet LLC is a B2B supplier and only sells to qualified professionals within the industry. End-users looking to obtain services or products related to the goods on this website must contact an authorized clinic or business near them. Any accounts opened with better feet must go through an approval process to confirm the necessary business credentials and/or professional standing.
Pricing
All pricing displayed is in U.S. (US$) dollars. Prices listed are before applicable tax and are subject to change without notice. Minimum order: $200 (before tax).
Shipping
We reserve the right to hold orders and contact customers in remote shipping locations (including certain rural or extended-area ZIP codes) to confirm actual/amended shipping rates if needed.
We always endeavour to ship items the same business day if the order is made before 12:00 noon. Orders may then take several business days to arrive, depending on the destination within the continental United States.
Estimated delivery time within the continental U.S.: 2–6 business days (after shipment). Remote/extended-area ZIP codes may take longer.
Please allow extra time for more remote locations. If you have not received your goods within this approximate shipping schedule, please contact Better Feet for assistance.
Payment
All orders must be paid by credit carat the time of ordering. We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.
Goods which are sent back for return and approved by Better Feet will be reimbursed back to the user via the same credit card used in the original purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Please see below for additional information about returns.
Returns
All returns must be approved prior to shipping and must be accompanied by a "Return of Material Authorization" (RMA) number. Returned products must be unopened/intact and in resalable condition. Users are responsible for properly packaging returned goods in order to prevent damage during transit. Sturdy boxes (no bubble envelopes) must be used for returning boxed and/or delicate products. Opened/used goods and/or products which have been damaged in transit due to improper packaging will not be accepted back for return. Any shipping fees associated with returning such unsalable/damaged goods back again from Better Feet will be charged back to the user.
Before returning your goods, please ensure that:
· You have contacted us to obtain approval for the return along with an RMA #
· Product packaging is intact and goods are in resalable condition
· Goods are shipped back in apporpriate packaging so as to prevent damage during transit
Any shipping fees related to the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged/Defective Products
Products received by the customer in damaged condition due to transit must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. In the event of damage during transit, please take photos of both the outer packaging as well as the damaged goods. Please then proceed with contacting Better Feet immediately to initiate a claim with the courier and to arrange for a replacement product if/as necessary.
Goods received in faulty or defective condition unrelated to damage from transit may be subject to warranty terms and must be assessed by Better Feet. Please contact us to discuss the situation and to determine a course of action.
