  • Case 1 – Interdigital corn

    (00.10 – 03.20) The patient presented with a corn (clavus) between the toes. To relieve pressure and prevent friction, a custom-made toe separator was fabricated using Better Feet silicone compound.

    (17.20 – 20.25) The patient presented with pain and pressure under the proximal phalanx due to joint overload. A silicone pad was molded under and over the toe to offload the joint, correct alignment, and distribute pressure evenly.

  • Case 6 – Toe amputation

    (20.25 – 24.20) The patient presented with a missing toe, leading to joint instability and medial deviation. A prosthetic silicone toe was fabricated using Better Feet compound to maintain alignment, stabilize the joint, and prevent inward rotation.

  • Case 7 – Shortened hallux after bunion surgery

    (24.20 – 28.24) The patient presented with a shortened hallux following multiple bunion surgeries, causing pain and overloading of the second toe. A custom silicone orthosis was fabricated to extend and offload the hallux, redistributing pressure and preventing secondary toe overload.
